Genotyping by DNA barcode array

It is well known that the DNA microarray which has several thousands DNA probes on its surface and can be use to analyze the expression profile by detection of the target DNA with broad band.

On the other hand, DNA barcode array has been developed to detect less than 50 genes by 50-100um wide of immobilized DNA lines. It is suitable for genotyping of cancer gene or subspecies of various organisms. The detection is performed by line sensing of color development or fluorescence and compare expected pattern . You can use low cost detector without any annoying location corrector.
